Climate change is a pressing global issue that is having significant impacts on marine ecosystems, particularly coral reefs. The effects of climate change on coral reefs are far-reaching, affecting the biodiversity, productivity, and overall health of these fragile ecosystems. This thesis aims to investigate the specific effects of climate change on marine biodiversity in coral reefs, focusing on the implications for various species and ecosystem dynamics. Chapter One provides an introduction to the topic, outlining the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and definition of key terms. Chapter Two presents a comprehensive literature review, examining existing research on the impacts of climate change on marine biodiversity in coral reefs.
