This thesis investigates the effectiveness of various TOD strategies in enhancing sustainable urban mobility. The study begins with a comprehensive literature review to explore existing theories, concepts, and empirical studies related to TOD and sustainable urban mobility. The research methodology section outlines the approach adopted to collect and analyze data, including case studies, surveys, and interviews with key stakeholders. The findings of this study provide valuable insights into the impacts of TOD strategies on urban mobility, including improvements in accessibility, reduced car dependency, increased use of public transportation, and enhanced walkability and bikeability. The discussion section delves into the complexities of implementing TOD strategies in different urban contexts, considering factors such as land use regulations, infrastructure investments, public engagement, and financing mechanisms.
