Urban areas around the world are constantly growing and facing challenges related to transportation and mobility. Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) has emerged as a promising approach to address these challenges by promoting sustainable urban development and improving transportation options. This thesis focuses on assessing the impact of Transit-Oriented Development on urban mobility in growing cities. The study aims to provide valuable insights into how TOD can contribute to enhancing urban mobility and shaping sustainable urban environments. The research begins with an introduction that sets the context for the study, followed by a detailed background analysis of Transit-Oriented Development and its relevance in the urban planning context. The problem statement highlights the existing gaps in urban mobility and the potential of TOD to address these issues. The objectives of the study are outlined to guide the research process, along with a discussion on the limitations and scope of the study.
