The advancement of technology has revolutionized the way businesses operate, leading to the integration of virtual assistants to enhance secretarial services. This thesis explores the implementation of virtual assistants in enhancing secretarial services and its impact on organizational efficiency. The study begins with an introduction to the topic, providing the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, and the structure of the thesis.
