This thesis investigates the implementation of virtual assistants to improve the efficiency of administrative tasks within secretarial practices. The study delves into the utilization of technology to enhance productivity and streamline processes in the realm of secretarial duties. Through a comprehensive case study approach, this research explores the impact of virtual assistants on traditional secretarial roles, focusing on their effectiveness in optimizing workflow and reducing manual labor. The research begins with an examination of the current landscape of secretarial practices and the evolving role of technology in modern workplaces. It identifies the challenges faced by secretaries in managing administrative tasks and the potential benefits that virtual assistants can offer in addressing these challenges. By analyzing existing literature on virtual assistants and their applications in various industries, this study establishes a theoretical framework for understanding their role in enhancing efficiency within secretarial functions. Methodologically, a mixed-methods approach is employed to gather data and insights from both quantitative and qualitative perspectives.
