This thesis explores the impact of digital transformation on secretarial practices, focusing on virtual meetings and document management. With the rapid advancement of technology, traditional secretarial roles have evolved to adapt to digital tools and platforms. The study investigates how virtual meetings and document management systems have reshaped the way secretaries perform their duties and interact with colleagues and clients. The research methodology employed a qualitative case study approach, utilizing interviews, surveys, and document analysis to gather data from secretaries in various organizations. The findings reveal that digital tools have significantly enhanced efficiency, communication, and collaboration within secretarial roles. Virtual meetings have facilitated real-time interactions, reduced travel costs, and improved accessibility for remote participants.
