This thesis explores the utilization of AI in enhancing secretarial tasks efficiency within organizations. The study aims to investigate the impact of AI technologies on secretarial functions, identify challenges and opportunities, and propose strategies for optimizing AI integration in secretarial roles. Chapter One provides an introduction to the study, including the background of the research, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and definition of terms.
