This thesis explores the implementation of virtual assistants in enhancing secretarial services within organizations. The advent of technology has revolutionized various aspects of business operations, including the role of secretaries. Virtual assistants, powered by artificial intelligence and natural language processing, have emerged as a promising tool to streamline administrative tasks and improve efficiency in secretarial services. This research aims to investigate the impact of integrating virtual assistants into traditional secretarial roles and assess their effectiveness in enhancing productivity and service quality. The study begins with an introduction to the background of the research, highlighting the evolution of secretarial services and the emergence of virtual assistants as a disruptive technology. The problem statement identifies the challenges faced by traditional secretarial roles and the potential benefits of integrating virtual assistants. The objectives of the study are outlined to examine the impact of virtual assistants on secretarial services, while the limitations and scope of the research are also discussed.
