This thesis explores the implementation of virtual assistants to enhance secretarial services, focusing on a case study approach. Virtual assistants, powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, have emerged as innovative tools to streamline administrative tasks and improve efficiency in various sectors. The study investigates the potential benefits and challenges associated with integrating virtual assistants in secretarial roles, aiming to provide insights for organizations seeking to optimize their administrative processes.
