The integration of technology in administrative functions has significantly transformed the traditional roles of secretaries. This research explores the implementation of virtual assistants to enhance secretarial efficiency in modern workplaces. The study investigates the impact of virtual assistants on secretarial tasks and productivity, aiming to provide insights into the benefits and challenges associated with this technological innovation. The research methodology employed a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative data collection techniques. Surveys were conducted among secretarial staff to gather their perceptions on using virtual assistants, while in-depth interviews were carried out with management to understand organizational perspectives. Data analysis involved thematic coding and statistical analysis to identify patterns and trends in the responses. The literature review delves into the historical background of secretarial administration, highlighting the evolution of the role in response to technological advancements. It also examines the concept of virtual assistants, discussing their features, capabilities, and potential applications in the workplace. The review further explores existing studies on the use of virtual assistants in various industries and their impact on organizational efficiency.
