This thesis explores the optimization of SRM to achieve cost reduction and performance improvement in purchasing and supply chain management. The research aims to investigate the impact of effective SRM strategies on cost reduction, supplier performance, and overall supply chain performance. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative data analysis and qualitative case studies to provide a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter.
