This thesis explores the implementation of blockchain technology in supply chain management to enhance transparency and efficiency. The study aims to investigate how blockchain can address challenges in traditional supply chain processes, such as lack of transparency, traceability, and inefficiencies. The research begins with a comprehensive literature review that examines the current state of supply chain management, the principles of blockchain technology, and existing applications of blockchain in supply chain operations. The literature review identifies key benefits and challenges associated with implementing blockchain technology in the supply chain.
