This thesis explores the effectiveness of performance-based budgeting in improving public service delivery within the context of public administration. The study delves into the background of performance-based budgeting, its implementation, and the impact it has on public sector organizations. Through a comprehensive literature review, this research examines the theoretical underpinnings and practical applications of performance-based budgeting in various public administration settings. The research methodology employed in this study includes a mix of qualitative and quantitative approaches to gather data from relevant sources.
