This thesis aims to analyze the effectiveness of PPPs in improving service delivery in local governments. The research focuses on understanding the dynamics of PPPs, identifying the challenges faced in implementing PPP projects, and evaluating the outcomes of such partnerships in enhancing service delivery. The study adopts a mixed-methods approach, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative data collection methods.
