This thesis investigates the impact of e-government on public service delivery in developing countries. As governments worldwide seek to modernize their service delivery mechanisms, the adoption of e-government has emerged as a promising solution to enhance efficiency, transparency, and accessibility. Developing countries face unique challenges in providing public services efficiently due to resource constraints, bureaucratic inefficiencies, and a lack of infrastructure. Through an extensive review of literature and empirical research, this study aims to analyze the effects of e-government implementation on public service delivery in developing countries. The research methodology employed in this study includes a comprehensive literature review to establish the theoretical framework underpinning e-government and public service delivery. Furthermore, a mixed-method approach combining qualitative and quantitative data collection techniques will be utilized to explore the practical implications of e-government adoption in developing countries.
