This thesis aims to investigate the impact of e-government services on citizen engagement in public administration. By examining the relationship between e-government services and citizen engagement, this research seeks to provide insights into how technology can enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of public administration processes. The research will begin with a comprehensive review of relevant literature on e-government services, citizen engagement, and public administration.
