Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) have become a popular strategy in improving service delivery within local government settings. This thesis aims to analyze the effectiveness of PPPs in enhancing service delivery in local government operations. Through a comprehensive literature review, this study examines the theoretical foundations and practical applications of PPPs in the public sector. The research methodology involves a mixed-methods approach, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data collection methods to gather insights from key stakeholders involved in PPP projects. Chapter One provides an introduction to the research topic, presenting the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and definition of key terms. Chapter Two offers a detailed literature review, covering ten key aspects related to PPPs in local government service delivery.
