This research study investigates the impact of e-government services on citizen engagement within the realm of public administration. The research methodology employed a mixed-methods approach, combining both quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to gather data from citizens and public administrators. The findings from the study reveal that the implementation of e-government services has a significant impact on enhancing citizen engagement in public administration.
