Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) have emerged as a popular mechanism for delivering public services efficiently and effectively. This thesis investigates the effectiveness of PPPs in delivering public services, focusing on various sectors such as infrastructure development, healthcare, and education. The study aims to assess the benefits, challenges, and critical success factors associated with PPP projects in the public service domain. The research begins with an exploration of the background of PPPs, highlighting their evolution, principles, and theoretical underpinnings. The problem statement underscores the need to evaluate the impact of PPPs on service delivery and public administration. The objectives of the study are to analyze the performance of PPP projects, identify key factors influencing their effectiveness, and propose recommendations for enhancing their outcomes. The methodology chapter presents a comprehensive research design, including data collection methods such as interviews, surveys, and case studies. It also outlines the sampling strategy, data analysis techniques, and ethical considerations.
