The study focuses on understanding the challenges and opportunities associated with the adoption of e-government initiatives in public administration, with a specific emphasis on enhancing citizen services. The research begins with an exploration of the background of e-government initiatives and their significance in modern public administration. The problem statement highlights the gaps and limitations in current citizen services and the need for innovative solutions. The objectives of the study are to assess the impact of e-government initiatives on citizen services, identify barriers to implementation, and propose strategies for successful adoption.
