The adoption of E-Government initiatives has become a prevalent trend in modern governance, aiming to enhance service delivery and efficiency in public administration. This thesis investigates the impact of E-Government initiatives on service delivery within local government agencies. The study explores how the integration of digital technologies and online platforms has influenced the effectiveness and accessibility of services provided by local government entities. Through a comprehensive analysis of existing literature, this research seeks to identify the benefits, challenges, and implications of E-Government implementation in the context of service delivery. The introductory chapter provides an overview of the research topic, highlighting the background, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and definition of key terms. Chapter two presents a detailed literature review that examines ten key elements related to E-Government initiatives and their impact on service delivery in local government agencies. This chapter synthesizes previous studies and theoretical frameworks to establish a theoretical foundation for the research. Chapter three outlines the research methodology, including the research design, data collection methods, sampling techniques, data analysis procedures, ethical considerations, and limitations of the study.
