This thesis investigates the impact of e-government services on citizen engagement within the realm of public administration. The proliferation of digital technologies and the shift towards online government services have transformed the way citizens interact with public institutions. This study aims to analyze how the implementation of e-government services influences citizen engagement and participation in public administration processes. Through a comprehensive review of existing literature, this research explores the theoretical foundations of e-government, citizen engagement, and their interplay within the context of public administration. The introduction sets the stage by outlining the background of the study, presenting the problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, and the structure of the thesis.
