Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) have emerged as a critical strategy for governments to address the increasing demands for urban infrastructure development. This thesis presents a comprehensive evaluation of PPPs in the context of urban infrastructure development through a case study approach. The study focuses on identifying the key factors influencing the success or failure of PPP projects, analyzing the challenges faced in implementing PPPs, and assessing the overall impact of PPPs on urban infrastructure development. The research methodology employed in this study includes a thorough literature review on PPPs, urban infrastructure development, and related concepts. A case study analysis is conducted on a specific urban infrastructure project that utilized a PPP model.
