This thesis aims to analyze the impact of E-Government initiatives on public service delivery, focusing on understanding the benefits, challenges, and overall effectiveness of such initiatives in enhancing citizen-government interactions. The study begins with a comprehensive review of the literature on E-Government initiatives, highlighting key concepts, theories, and existing research findings on the subject. Through a systematic literature review, this chapter provides insights into the evolution of E-Government, its applications, and the various models and frameworks used to assess its impact on public service delivery. Moving forward, the research methodology chapter outlines the approach and methods employed in this study. Through a mixed-methods research design, including surveys, interviews, and case studies, data will be collected and analyzed to evaluate the impact of E-Government initiatives on public service delivery.
