In recent years, the adoption of e-government services has become increasingly prevalent in public administration as governments seek to enhance citizen engagement and satisfaction. This study explores the impact of e-government services on citizen engagement and satisfaction in the public administration sector. The research aims to investigate how the implementation of e-government services influences citizen engagement levels and overall satisfaction with public services. The study begins with an introduction that provides background information on the growing importance of e-government services in modern governance. It highlights the need for effective citizen engagement and satisfaction in public administration to ensure transparency, accountability, and responsiveness. The problem statement identifies the gaps in existing literature regarding the specific impacts of e-government services on citizen engagement and satisfaction. The objectives of the study are outlined to guide the research process, followed by a discussion of the limitations and scope of the study. A comprehensive review of relevant literature in Chapter Two examines ten key themes related to e-government services, citizen engagement, and satisfaction in public administration.
