In the era of digital transformation, e-government services have become increasingly prevalent in public administration to enhance citizen engagement and service delivery. This thesis aims to analyze the impact of e-government services on citizen engagement in public administration. The study investigates how the integration of digital technologies and online platforms influences citizen participation, feedback mechanisms, and overall engagement with government services. Through a comprehensive review of existing literature, this research explores the theoretical frameworks and empirical evidence regarding the relationship between e-government services and citizen engagement. Chapter 1 provides an introduction to the research topic, presenting the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and definition of key terms. The introduction sets the foundation for understanding the importance of studying the impact of e-government services on citizen engagement. Chapter 2 comprises a detailed literature review that examines ten key aspects related to e-government services, citizen engagement, and public administration.
