Abstract
This thesis explores the impact of technology integration on government service delivery in public administration. In recent years, governments worldwide have increasingly adopted various forms of technology to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery to citizens. This study investigates the implications of integrating technology in the public administration sector, focusing on how it influences service quality, accessibility, and citizen satisfaction. The research methodology employed a mixed-methods approach, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data collection techniques to gather insights from government officials, employees, and citizens. Chapter One provides an introduction to the research topic, outlining the background, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and key definitions of terms. Chapter Two presents a comprehensive literature review covering ten key themes related to technology integration in public administration, including e-governance, digital transformation, citizen engagement, data privacy, and cybersecurity. Chapter Three details the research methodology, including the research design, sampling techniques, data collection methods, data analysis procedures, ethical considerations, and limitations.
