The implementation of e-government initiatives has become increasingly prevalent in public administration worldwide, aimed at enhancing service delivery and improving efficiency in governance processes. This thesis seeks to analyze the impact of e-government initiatives on service delivery within the realm of public administration. The study critically examines the implications of digital transformation on public services, focusing on the benefits, challenges, and outcomes associated with the adoption of e-government strategies.
