E-Government initiatives have emerged as a crucial strategy for enhancing public service delivery, improving efficiency, transparency, and citizen engagement. This thesis explores the implementation of E-Government initiatives with the aim of enhancing public service delivery in the context of modern governance. The study delves into the background of E-Government, identifies key challenges and opportunities, and proposes strategies for effective implementation. The introduction provides an overview of the research topic, highlighting the importance of E-Government initiatives in transforming public service delivery. The background of the study discusses the evolution of E-Government and its impact on governance practices worldwide. The problem statement identifies existing challenges in the implementation of E-Government initiatives and emphasizes the need for effective strategies to overcome these obstacles.
