In the contemporary era, the integration of technology into various sectors has revolutionized traditional practices and methodologies. Public administration, being a critical component of governance, is no exception to this transformation. This study explores the potential of utilizing technology to enhance citizen engagement in public administration. The objective is to investigate how technological tools and platforms can be effectively leveraged to facilitate greater participation, transparency, and accountability in the decision-making processes within public administration. The research methodology employed for this study is a mixed-methods approach, combining both qualitative and quantitative techniques. The study begins with an extensive literature review that examines existing theories, frameworks, and empirical studies related to citizen engagement, public administration, and the use of technology in governance. The literature review reveals the gaps in current knowledge and provides a foundation for the empirical research conducted in this study. The empirical research involves surveys, interviews, and case studies with relevant stakeholders such as government officials, policymakers, technology experts, and citizens. The data collected is analyzed using both qualitative and quantitative methods to derive meaningful insights into the current state of citizen engagement in public administration and the potential impact of technology on enhancing this engagement.
