Abstract
Cardiovascular diseases continue to be a leading cause of mortality worldwide, with sedentary lifestyle being a significant risk factor. This study aimed to investigate the effects of exercise intensity on cardiovascular health in sedentary individuals. The research design involved a randomized controlled trial with sedentary participants assigned to different exercise intensity groups. Various parameters related to cardiovascular health, such as blood pressure, heart rate, lipid profile, and aerobic fitness, were measured before and after the intervention.
