This thesis delves into the intricate ethical considerations surrounding the development and utilization of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. As AI capabilities continue to advance rapidly, questions regarding the moral implications of these technologies have become increasingly paramount. The primary aim of this research is to critically analyze the ethical dimensions of AI, investigating the potential impacts on society, individuals, and the overall moral fabric of our world. Through a comprehensive examination of existing literature, case studies, and ethical frameworks, this study seeks to provide a nuanced understanding of the ethical challenges posed by AI development and deployment. The introductory chapter sets the stage by outlining the background of the study, presenting the problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, and defining key terms. Chapter two conducts a thorough literature review, exploring ten key themes related to the ethics of AI.
