This thesis investigates various EOR methods and technologies that can be applied to revitalize mature oil fields and improve overall production efficiency. The research focuses on analyzing the challenges faced by mature oil fields, identifying the most suitable EOR techniques, and evaluating their effectiveness in enhancing oil recovery rates. Chapter One provides an introduction to the study, presenting the background of the research, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance of the study, structure of the thesis, and definition of terms. The chapter sets the foundation for understanding the importance of implementing EOR techniques in mature oil fields. Chapter Two comprises a comprehensive literature review that explores ten key aspects related to EOR techniques for mature oil fields.
