The study will employ a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to gather comprehensive data on the experiences and perceptions of office workers using virtual assistants. Chapter One provides an introduction to the research topic, presenting the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, and structure of the thesis.
