With the increasing trend towards remote work arrangements, the need for effective communication tools has become more critical than ever. This thesis explores the implementation of virtual meeting software as a solution to enhance communication in a remote work environment. The study investigates the challenges faced by organizations in facilitating communication among remote teams and the potential benefits of leveraging virtual meeting software to address these challenges. The research methodology adopted for this study involves a comprehensive literature review to examine existing studies on virtual meeting software, remote work environments, and communication strategies.
