This thesis investigates the implementation of an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) as a means to enhance office efficiency. The study explores the background, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, and structure of the research. It then delves into a comprehensive literature review covering ten key aspects related to EDMS and office efficiency. The research methodology section outlines the approach taken in conducting the study, including data collection methods, sample selection, and analysis techniques, among others. The findings from the study are discussed in detail in Chapter Four, highlighting the impact of EDMS on office efficiency and providing insights into the challenges and benefits associated with its implementation.
