This thesis investigates user satisfaction with virtual reference services in academic libraries through a comparative study. Virtual reference services have become increasingly important in meeting the information needs of library users in the digital age. The study aims to evaluate and compare user satisfaction with virtual reference services in different academic libraries to identify best practices and areas for improvement. The research methodology involves a mixed-methods approach, combining surveys and interviews to gather data from users of virtual reference services. The literature review provides an overview of virtual reference services, user satisfaction, and factors influencing user experience in academic libraries.
