By leveraging digital technologies, the DLMS offers a more efficient and user-friendly platform for managing library collections and facilitating information retrieval. Chapter One of the thesis provides an introduction to the research topic, outlining the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and definition of key terms.
