The advent of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has brought about significant transformations in various sectors, including libraries and information services. This thesis aims to explore the impact of AI on library services and user experience. The study delves into the integration of AI technologies in libraries, analyzing how they enhance efficiency, accessibility, and user satisfaction. By examining the current landscape of AI applications in libraries, this research seeks to provide insights into the potential benefits and challenges associated with AI adoption in the library setting. The introductory chapter sets the stage by presenting the background of the study, highlighting the growing importance of AI in the library domain. The problem statement identifies the gaps in existing literature regarding the specific impacts of AI on library services and user experience, paving the way for the research objectives that aim to address these gaps comprehensively.
