The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies has brought about significant changes and improvements in various industries, including the field of library and information science. This thesis explores the impact of AI on library services and user experience, examining how AI technologies are reshaping traditional library practices and enhancing the overall user interaction with library resources. The study investigates how AI-driven tools such as chatbots, recommendation systems, and virtual assistants are being integrated into library services to streamline operations, provide personalized services, and improve user satisfaction. Chapter One provides an introduction to the research topic, presenting the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and definition of key terms. Chapter Two conducts a comprehensive literature review, analyzing existing research on the application of AI in library settings and exploring the benefits and challenges associated with AI adoption in libraries. The review covers ten key areas, including AI technologies in libraries, user experience enhancement, AI-driven recommendation systems, chatbots in library services, and ethical considerations of AI implementation.
