The problem statement highlights the challenges faced by libraries in managing their collections and serving patrons effectively, prompting the need for innovative solutions such as RFID technology. The objectives of this study are to assess the benefits and challenges of implementing RFID technology in library management systems, examine its impact on library operations, user services, and staff workflows, and evaluate the overall satisfaction and perception of RFID technology among library stakeholders.
