This thesis investigates the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on library services and user experience. In recent years, AI technologies have been increasingly integrated into various sectors, including libraries, to enhance operational efficiency and improve user interactions. The study aims to explore how AI applications are transforming traditional library services and shaping user experiences. The research methodology employed includes a comprehensive literature review, data collection through surveys and interviews with library professionals and users, and analysis of findings to draw meaningful conclusions. Chapter One provides an introduction to the research topic, outlining the background of the study, defining the problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and key definitions of terms used throughout the study. Chapter Two presents a detailed literature review comprising ten key areas related to AI in library services and user experience. This chapter explores existing research, theories, and practical applications of AI in libraries, highlighting its benefits and challenges. Chapter Three focuses on the research methodology employed in this study.
