<p> This research project aims to evaluate the effectiveness of library services for individuals with visual impairments, focusing on the accessibility, inclusivity, and impact of library resources and programs. The study seeks to investigate the experiences, challenges, and needs of individuals with visual impairments in accessing and utilizing library services, as well as the effectiveness of assistive technologies and accommodations provided by libraries. By employing a mixed-methods approach, including user surveys, interviews, and observational assessments, the research endeavors to assess the current state of library services for individuals with visual impairments, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for enhancing inclusivity and accessibility. <br></p>
