Thesis Abstract

<p> This study aims to explore the multifaceted role of libraries in promoting cultural diversity and inclusion within their communities. By examining the initiatives, programs, and resources implemented by libraries to celebrate diverse cultures, foster inclusivity, and provide equitable access to information, the research seeks to understand the impact of libraries in cultivating cultural awareness and promoting social cohesion. Through a mixed-methods approach, including case studies, user surveys, and qualitative assessments, the study will investigate the strategies employed by libraries to embrace cultural diversity, engage diverse communities, and advance inclusive practices, with the goal of identifying best practices and recommendations for enhancing the role of libraries as cultural hubs. <br></p>
