This thesis examines the impact of digital technologies on library services and user experience in academic libraries. Through a comprehensive literature review, the research explores the various digital technologies being utilized in academic libraries and their implications for library services and user interaction. The research methodology involves a mixed-methods approach, incorporating both qualitative and quantitative methods.
