This study seeks to comprehensively explore the role of libraries in promoting digital preservation and archiving. By examining the strategies, challenges, and best practices employed by libraries in preserving digital content, the research aims to provide insights into the evolving landscape of digital preservation and the pivotal role of libraries as custodians of digital heritage.</div><div>Drawing upon a theoretical framework and existing literature, the research endeavors to provide a comprehensive understanding of the strategies and tools employed by libraries in digital preservation, as well as the challenges and opportunities inherent in this endeavor. Through the utilization of a mixed-methods approach, the study aims to gather insights from library professionals, archivists, and digital preservation experts to assess the impact of library efforts in digital preservation and archiving.</div><div>The findings of this research are expected to contribute to the ongoing discourse on the role of libraries in digital preservation, providing valuable insights for library practitioners, archivists, and stakeholders seeking to optimize digital preservation efforts and ensure long-term access to digital resources.
