In this context, the input and perspectives of library users play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing library services. This study seeks to comprehensively examine the impact of library user feedback on service improvement within library settings.

By drawing upon a theoretical framework and existing literature, this research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the significance of user feedback in driving service improvement. Through the utilization of a mixed-methods approach, the study endeavors to gather insights from library professionals, staff, and users to assess the impact and challenges of leveraging user feedback to enhance library services.
