This thesis examines the impact of AI on the legal profession, focusing on the challenges and opportunities it presents. The study begins with an exploration of the background of AI technology and its application in the legal sector. It identifies the problem statement as the need for a comprehensive understanding of how AI is reshaping legal practice and the implications for legal professionals. The objective of the study is to analyze the challenges and opportunities that AI presents to the legal profession. The limitations of the study are acknowledged, including the evolving nature of AI technology and the potential biases in data used for analysis. The scope of the study encompasses a review of relevant literature, empirical research, and case studies in the legal field. The significance of the study lies in its contribution to the existing body of knowledge on AI and its impact on the legal profession.
