This thesis explores the profound impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on legal decision-making processes. This study aims to investigate how AI is transforming legal decision-making, the benefits it offers, as well as the potential ethical and societal concerns that arise. The research begins with an examination of the background of AI and its evolution in the legal domain. By analyzing the current landscape, this study identifies the key issues surrounding the integration of AI in legal decision-making processes. Through a comprehensive literature review, the thesis explores existing studies and frameworks that have examined the intersection of AI and the legal system. Chapter three of this thesis focuses on the research methodology employed to investigate the impact of AI on legal decision-making.
