It will delve into the legal frameworks, international cooperation, and enforcement mechanisms established to address the challenges posed by transnational criminal activities. The study seeks to evaluate the effectiveness of existing legal instruments, propose recommendations for enhancing international cooperation, and foster a comprehensive approach that promotes the rule of law and accountability in combatting transnational organized crime. <br></p>

This project seeks to provide a comprehensive examination of the role of international criminal law in combatting transnational organized crime, aiming to evaluate the effectiveness of existing legal frameworks, challenges in international cooperation, and the implications for global efforts to combat transnational criminal activities.</div><div>The study will commence by introducing the field of transnational organized crime and international criminal law, providing an overview of the impact of transnational organized crime on global security and stability, the conceptualization of international criminal law and its role in addressing transnational criminal activities, and the legal frameworks and challenges in combatting transnational organized crime from an international perspective.
